Job Summary
Senior-level Cisco-centric SME to drive strategy, design, proposal winning delivery, and operational excellence of advanced network infrastructure solutions for high value DoD opportunities. Own architecture and authorship of Cisco-centric (and Aruba-supported) wired/wireless network, VoIP, and mobility offerings in enterprise and tactical environments; provide hands-on leadership during implementation, transition, and sustainment. Translate complex customer requirements into technically superior proposals while partnering with Telos Operations teams to ensure solutions are implemented, optimized, and sustained in production. Lead architecture, design reviews, and integration across DoD environments; craft technical volumes, BOEs, LOMs/BOMs, white papers for RFIs/RFPs; collaborate with capture, proposal management, operations, OEMs, and partners. Provide senior technical leadership during implementation, cutover, and sustainment; review detailed designs, configurations, and test plans for compliance with contract requirements, DoD standards, and approved architectures; act as escalation SME for incident resolution and performance troubleshooting; support SOPs and configuration baselines; monitor health, capacity, and security posture; feed lessons learned back to capture and proposal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Active DoD 8140 Cyber IT Workforce compliance (IAT Level III or equivalent)
- Active Cisco certification (CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, CCIE Security, or equivalent; Aruba ACX or equivalent a plus)
- 12+ years of progressive experience with BS or 9+ years with MS
- U.S. citizenship and active Secret or Top Secret clearance
