Job Summary
Manage communication circuits and monitor performance to ensure optimal operation and security while minimizing downtime. Coordinate with teams and agencies to resolve issues, troubleshoot system failures, and support new network implementation projects. Execute network administration tasks including initial categorization of service requests, provisioning switches and routers, and performing root cause analyses. Utilize administrative access to research errors and configure monitoring systems for technician availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
- Clearance: TS/SCI Eligibility
- Organizational skills to drive multi-functional projects
- Network administration and circuit management
- Debug of CPU logic and circuit failures
- DoD 8140 Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+,CND, )
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering field or equivalent
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
- Certified Problem and Change Manager (CPCM)
- Adaptability, adjusting to new situations and responding to unexpected challenges
- Problem-solving skills addressing unforeseen challenges and ensuring changes are implemented smoothly
