Job Summary
Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team while overseeing fuel, retail, and food service operations at modern travel centers. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory; manage labor schedules to meet targets. Manage the P&L, analyze sales trends, control expenses, and reconcile all funds to maximize profitability. Oversee equipment and enforce safety regulations. Work a minimum of 56 hours per week across up to six days. The Briad Group is launching 40 new multi-brand travel centers powered by Circle K and top quick-service restaurants.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership and coaching experience
- Retail background
- Strong communication (English)
- Organizational skills
- Decision-making skills
- Ability to work a minimum of 56 hours per week (up to 6 days)
- Ability to stand/walk for entire shifts
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. routinely (60 lbs. occasionally)
- Ability to work in coolers, freezers, and outdoors
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
