Job Summary
Accurately deal games while providing excellent service to guests at table games, rotating between dealing and dancing on a pre-determined schedule. Practice, support, and promote company service standards while communicating professionally with guests and answering questions that reflect an understanding of the department and property. Maintain an enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor throughout all interactions. Must be at least 21 years of age, able to read and speak English, and work any day of the week including weekends and holidays. Requires normal, corrective vision, the ability to see color, and endurance for standing, walking, and working in areas that may be hot, cold, noisy, or contain secondhand smoke.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
- Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to read and speak English
