Job Summary
Provide outstanding guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property by patrolling assigned areas and observing suspicious behavior. Adhere to company service standards, assist the Supervisor in daily activities including training, planning, and directing work, and address guest complaints. Protect company assets relative to theft, assault, and fire by escalating emergency situations to management as needed. Complete shift administration tasks such as incident reports, logs, and statistics under the Security Manager's guidance. Work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining professional relationships with team members and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
- Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain required work cards
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Complete property academy as assigned
- Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to see color
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
