Job Summary
Circa Resort & Casino seeks an Officer to deliver outstanding guest service while maintaining safety across the property. Responsibilities include patrolling assigned areas, protecting assets from theft, assault, or fire, observing and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior, and escalating emergencies to supervisors. The role requires adherence to company service standards, effective communication in English, the ability to multitask, and readiness to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. Education requirement is a High School diploma or GED, with the ability to obtain required work cards and complete the training academy. Priorities include guest safety, compliance with Gaming Control Board rules, and collaboration with team members to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be able to obtain required work cards
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
- Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests and Management
- Understand and comply with Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to multitask
- Will be required to complete assigned training academy
