Job Summary
Circa Resort & Casino seeks a Beverage Manager to lead beverage operations, forecast and plan beverage orders, staff, and finances, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, evaluating beverage staff, handling guest issues, maintaining inventory, enforcing service standards and responsible alcohol service, collaborating with related departments, and coaching the beverage team to deliver high-quality guest experiences. Must lead by example, manage multiple tasks, and ensure compliance with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules. Minimum 21 years old and able to obtain work cards; high school education required; beverage experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Previous beverage management experience preferred
- Ability to read and speak English; effective communication with Guests and Team Members
