Job Summary
Lead field crews in CIPP pipe rehabilitation projects across the Baltimore-DC metro region, supervising and coordinating all crew members from mobilization through project completion, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and safety regulations, interfacing with project engineers on scheduling, material ordering, and inventory management, and tracking production output with input during bidding; require minimum 3 years of foreman/supervisory experience in heavy construction or underground utilities, CIPP experience, CDL Class B eligibility, HS diploma, strong communication, and willingness to travel 1–2 weeks at a time with overnight stays. Regular outdoor field work and potential extended hours based on project demands with a standard full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of foreman or supervisory experience in heavy construction or underground utilities
- Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation experience is required
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
