Job Summary

Lead field crews in trenchless sewer rehabilitation projects using CIPP methods. Responsible for daily planning, manpower coordination, equipment readiness, liner handling, inversion/installation, curing (steam/UV), and quality control. Ensure safety compliance, document production progress, and coordinate with Superintendent/Project Manager on risks, schedule delays, and change orders. Hands-on supervision of crews, operation and maintenance of CIPP equipment (trucks, boilers, UV rigs, compressors, generators), and completion of daily reports covering time tracking, safety incidents, production metrics, and equipment condition. Travel 1-2 weeks at a time; on-site role based in the Beltsville/Baltimore-DC region with potential overnight travel; maintain chemical safety protocols for resin handling and ventilation controls. Preferred certifications and experience in related trenchless rehabilitation processes and safety programs.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience as foreman or crew lead in CIPP installation or water/sewer utility construction
  • Confined space entry capable with understanding of permit-required procedures and rescue protocols
  • CDL (Class A or B preferred) or ability to obtain within 60 days; clean motor vehicle record per company policy
  • Ability to travel 1-2 weeks at a time on overnights.
