Job Summary
Lead field crews in trenchless sewer rehabilitation (CIPP) across Metro Atlanta; supervise crew safety and quality; manage daily work plans, material coordination, equipment readiness, traffic control; run CIPP installations from bypass to curing; monitor productivity and document progress; coordinate with Superintendent, operate CIPP gear (trucks, boilers, UV rigs, compressors, generators); enforce chemical safety; requires high school diploma, 2+ years as foreman; CDL preferred or obtain within 60 days; confined space entry; OSHA safety certs preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience as foreman or crew lead in CIPP installation or water/sewer utility construction
- CDL (Class A or B preferred) or ability to obtain within 60 days; clean motor vehicle record per company policy
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and technical procedures
