Job Summary
Lead Service Technician crews on Snowbridge projects, ensuring assignment clarity, proper vehicle/equipment readiness, and timely, quality work to Snowbridge standards. Enforce safety with PPE and training, coordinate schedules with the COO/Field Superintendent, supervise field staff, ensure Service Titan usage for field data, manage on-site workflow for productivity, and drive customer satisfaction and project success. Overnight travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of drain cleaning/plumbing/CIPP experience
- ability to manage a drain cleaning/plumbing/CIPP crew
- OSHA practices relative to maintenance and construction of underground utilities
- CDL Class B with driving record meeting Company insurance requirements
