Job Summary
Clean and sanitize production equipment using Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems by disassembling and reassembling units. Operate and inspect CIP equipment while performing cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, tanks, and production areas. Complete required sanitation documentation and follow all food safety, GMP, and quality procedures. Report equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting as needed to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work in wet and refrigerated environments, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds while standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the shift.
