CIP NERC Compliance Analyst

Job Summary
Execute NERC CIP compliance activities by coordinating evidence collection from internal stakeholders and SMEs, tracking recurring tasks, and maintaining documentation repositories in approved systems. Perform initial reviews of submitted evidence to confirm completeness and adherence to formatting requirements, then compile documentation packages for internal reviews, audits, and regulatory requests. Maintain compliance trackers, logs, and dashboards to ensure visibility into task completion, while preparing routine status updates and reports. Identify missing information or process deviations and escalate concerns to senior staff per established procedures. Support RSAW development and self-report preparation by aligning evidence with control requirements and narratives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 0–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, cybersecurity, or a regulated environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage and track multiple activities within established processes and timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of compliance tracking tools
