Job Summary
Stage raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods; prepare coating tanks, racks, fixtures, and carts for use. Clean production parts, tooling, and equipment; assist with changeovers and setup activities. Provide break and lunch relief for operators; move materials between work centers and return unused supplies to storage. Maintain clean, organized work areas while supporting 5S initiatives. Communicate material shortages, equipment concerns, or production issues to the Production Manager. Work 40 hours per week in the 1st shift, Monday through Friday. Fork truck license required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Fork Truck license
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Must be able to lift 10-25 lbs. frequently and 25-50 lbs. occasionally
- The ability to stand on concrete for an entire shift
- Work hours are 40 hours per week – 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
