Job Summary
Seasoned CIO leading enterprise IT with a customer-centric, business-minded focus. Drives strategic technology initiatives to enable growth, optimize the customer eCommerce experience, transform systems and workflows, leverage AI/automation for efficiency, and build a high-performing, business-aligned technology organization. Responsible for data-driven decision-making, vendor partnerships, cybersecurity and risk management, and budgeting—partnering with sales, marketing, and operations to balance innovation with ROI and deliver outcomes across consumer-facing and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership in complex environments
- Direct to consumer industry and eCommerce experience required
- Proven executive influence, leadership maturity, and stakeholder trust-building
- Experience leading AI strategy and customer-centric digital transformation
- Strong communication and executive presence
