Cinema Worker Level 5

Cinema Worker Level 5 role overseeing Levels 1–4, supervising and training staff, and managing the cinema’s projection area, operations, and administrative tasks. Responsible for high-level customer service across all departments, adherence to WHS and safety procedures, quality control of food and beverage preparation, stock control and cash-handling, payroll reporting, rostering, and reporting to HQ. Includes overseeing campaigns/events, training Level 1–4 staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and revenue initiatives. Pay is hourly for North Mackay, Queensland locations, with in-person work expectations.
