Job Summary
Conduct daily cinema operations by supervising four or more Level 1 and 2 employees, allocating tasks, and providing direct coaching to foster team efficiency. Monitor and rectify technical issues including sound, focus, and framing while managing content delivery via DCP, IP, and satellite streams. Ensure precise opening and closing procedures, oversee cash handling accuracy, and implement quality control techniques to meet operational targets. Deliver elevated customer service by addressing feedback promptly and maintaining high standards in food and beverage preparation. Actively participate in departmental campaigns and adhere to strict fire and emergency protocols within the designated area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience at Cinema Employee Level 2
- Competent in basic Maths and English
- Competent in all FOH departments
- Competent in cash handling
- Displays leadership ability
