Job Summary
Prepare and present high-quality Gold Class menu items to recipe standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences through accurate, efficient meal preparation. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment by adhering to strict food safety, hygiene, and WHS requirements. Collaborate with cinema teams to support seamless service, inventory control, and operational excellence. This role requires previous commercial kitchen experience, strong knowledge of food safety practices, and the ability to prioritize tasks during busy service periods. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, café, restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and safe food handling practices

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak cinema trading periods
