Job Summary
Cinema Worker Level 2 performs front-of-house duties across cinema operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include providing high-standard customer support, handling ticketing and cash transactions, preparing and presenting food and beverages, maintaining stock and shop presentation, managing queues and crowd flow, ensuring cleanliness and safety, reporting issues with cinema assets, and supporting daily opening/closing procedures. The role requires flexibility to operate across multiple cinema areas, contribute to campaigns, and uphold the venue’s service standards and safety practices. Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential for delivering a positive experience to patrons.
Required Qualifications
- Competent in basic Maths and English
- Team member level training or induction completed
- Experience or training in cinema operations preferred
