Job Summary
Write and publish showtime schedules to optimize theater space and programming alignment. Manage ushers and turn teams to ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness. Oversee film setup and presentation, verifying content uploads and technical specifications. Conduct regular facility inspections to address maintenance issues promptly. Collaborate with the programming team for seamless event execution and monitor box office data for trend analysis. Enforce safety and security protocols while maintaining relationships with distributors. Stay current on industry trends to enhance the guest experience. Requires ServSafe certification and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests, staff, and industry partners.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required.
- Proven experience in cinema management or related role, with a strong understanding of theater operations and technical requirements.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Comfortable with flashing lights & loud noises.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
