Job Summary
Set up and tear down event equipment daily to ensure everything is ready for students, staff, and attendees to enjoy organized fun runs and fundraising experiences. Communicate confidently with students, parents, and faculty while maintaining high energy and following instructions accurately throughout the day. Work the entire shift on your feet, capable of lifting 45 lbs, while supporting Program Leaders and Program Specialists during event days. This hands-on role contributes to a positive event experience for over 3 million students across 50 states, aligning with Booster's mission to cultivate virtuous leaders through fitness and character-building.
