Job Summary
Provide direct support to end users for shop floor control systems and monitor system health through daily checklists. Ensure Wistron customer and local subsystems remain operational while supporting application rollouts and troubleshooting IT-related problems on the production floor. Handover pending activities to the next shift and escalate unresolved issues requiring intervention from other IT teams. This role combines office and production floor environments, requiring standing and walking for extended periods with occasional travel for supplier audits.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in IT Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year in Shop Floor Control (SFC) support
- Minimum 1 year in Power BI / RPA
- Minimum 1 year in Servers / IIS / Active Directory / Databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL)
- Minimum 1 year in Troubleshooting and application rollout
- Minimum 1 year in NIFI / Kafka
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and manage tasks effectively
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Combination of office and production floor environment
- Requires standing and walking for extended periods during inspections
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs
- Occasional travel for supplier audits and quality reviews
- Exposure to manufacturing noise and machinery
