Job Summary
Onsite family nurse practitioner role providing primary care in an employer-based clinic with episodic care and potential travel medicine immunizations. Responsibilities include independent patient management in internal medicine/family practice, CLIA-waived testing, Rx dispensing, overseeing a specimen collection lab, biometric screening, health and wellness education, health coaching, collaboration with onsite health team (MA, LPN), and partnering with HR to improve employee health. Requires NP license, DEA prescriptive authority, EHR proficiency, and 3+ years of independent practice. Clinic hours are Tue–Fri 8a–5p and the role emphasizes collaboration and patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NP license required in respective state
- DEA licensure and prescriptive authority
- Minimum of 3 or more years of NP experience, working independently in an internal medicine or family practice setting
- Graduate of Certified NP program
- Electronic Health Record experience
- BLS certification
