Job Summary
Evaluate project construction costs by tracking actual versus projected expenses, analyzing resource needs for engineering, materials, labor, and equipment, and monitoring schedules, physical progress, and key milestones. Identify early cost deviations, generate timely alerts, and propose improvement opportunities with project teams. Plan and lead follow-up sessions with site directors and chiefs, compiling management reports to facilitate decision-making. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferentially)
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering
- Advanced Excel skills (verifiable)
- Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in similar positions
- Strong focus on cost control in the construction area
- Full-time office dedication with site visits
- Valid driver's license
