Job Summary
Lead tours, share the Angry Orchard story, provide product samples, and support retail operations to ensure guests have a safe, engaging, and memorable visit. Engage with guests, answer questions, and maintain cleanliness across tasting areas and gift shops. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and assist with purchase recommendations while managing inventory and visual merchandising standards. Support specialty programs, events, and seasonal retail activations to drive sales. Work on your feet for extended periods, including walking and standing up to 11 hours per day, and perform duties requiring climbing stairs, working on elevated platforms, and crouching or crawling when necessary. Availability includes Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age
- At least 1 year of customer service experience or experience in a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in an organized and detail-oriented manner
- Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs, work on elevated platforms, and perform physical movements such as crouching or crawling when required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the craft beverage industry
- Experience with public speaking, teaching, training, facilitating, or similar activities
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
