Job Summary
Production Technology Support role for JPMorgan Chase Securities China focusing on maintaining production applications, incident management, daily health checks, change management, and collaboration with regional tech/business/operations teams. Responsibilities include resolving outages, ensuring backup/recovery strategies, supporting front-office trading applications and regulatory reporting, identifying gaps and implementing remediation, tracking risks, and driving incident handling with offshore teams. Requires 3+ years in production management/application support, proficiency with Geneos/Zabbix, DevOps/SRE mindset, strong analytical skills, risk and cybersecurity awareness, and bilingual English/Chinese communication. Familiarity with trading systems, AML/KYC applications, Unix Shell, Python, Java, SQL, and SQL procedures is preferred; SAC qualification and regulatory/audit experience are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Extended technology experience in production management and application support (minimum 3 years)
- Strong application support skills with tools like Geneos and Zabbix
- DevOps / SRE capabilities
- Tactical thinking and strong analytical skills
- English and Chinese writing and verbal communication
- Knowledge of risk management and cyber security practices
- Experience collaborating with internal audit and regulators (preferred)
- Knowledge of Unix Shell, Python, Java, SQL, and DB objects (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
