Job Summary
Senior VP/Senior Associate in Santander’s Corporate Investment Bank, New York, leading transaction execution across M&A, debt and equity advisory for the Consumer & Retail sector. Responsibilities include end-to-end deal execution, cross-border coordination with international colleagues, development of client deliverables (financial models, valuation analyses, marketing materials), due diligence, data-room management, and driving strategic dialogue with clients. Leadership and mentoring of Associates and Analysts, involvement in recruiting and training, and travel as required. Must have 7+ years of investment banking experience with strong leadership, client relationship, and negotiation skills; bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required). Base pay disclosed: 275,000 USD minimum and maximum.
