Job Summary
CIAM Technical Project Manager at NCS Australia leading a portfolio of identity and cyber security initiatives across enterprise platforms. You will drive platform transformation, security remediation, and continuous improvement in collaboration with engineering, cyber security, and architecture teams. Requires proven experience in CIAM/IAM, strong understanding of identity technologies (e.g., SiteMinder, OAuth2, OIDC), cloud migration and legacy modernisation, and solid cyber security risk remediation capabilities. You will manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in CIAM / IAM environments
- Strong understanding of identity technologies (e.g. SiteMinder, Identity Manager, OAuth2, OIDC, directories)
- Experience delivering cloud migration and legacy modernisation programs
- Solid knowledge of cyber security principles and risk remediation
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, cyber, and business teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
