CIAM Platform Engineer (w/m/d)

Job Summary
Operate, develop, and support the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platform, designing secure authentication and authorization solutions based on OAuth2 and OpenID Connect standards. Implement user journeys for registration, authentication, and authorization while developing backend components, REST APIs, and identity services using .NET and Microsoft technologies. Analyze and resolve incidents in identity management environments and collaborate on DevOps operations including automated testing, CI/CD, deployment, and technical documentation. Requires a degree in Computer Science and extensive experience with Azure AD B2C, Microsoft Graph API, and modern authorization concepts like RBAC and PBAC.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) oder ein ausgeprägtes Interesse, sich langfristig auf dieses Themengebiet zu spezialisieren
- Erfahrung mit Azure AD B2C (Custom policies), Microsoft Entra External ID, Microsoft Graph API, MSAL Library sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in OAuth2 und OpenID Connect
- Kenntnisse moderner Autorisierungskonzepte wie RBAC, PBAC/ABAC und Claims-basierter Zugriffskontrolle
- Kenntnisse in der Software- und Web-Entwicklung
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2-Niveau)
