Job Summary
CIAG Adviser to manage a prisoner caseload, deliver career coaching and tailored action plans within prison settings. Responsibilities include recording interactions on relevant Justice systems, documenting advice and Learning and Work Plans with SMART goals, meeting KPIs related to prisoners seen and progressing to work or learning, and working across different prisons. Travel to external events/training for CPD is expected. Ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative, empathy, independence, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to professional development.
