Job Summary
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Culligan’s Commercial & Industrial water treatment solutions, targeting manufacturing, food & beverage, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, collaborate with engineering to ensure proper design and implementation of systems, prepare detailed proposals with pricing and timelines, analyze market trends, and maintain accurate CRM records while coordinating with marketing, service, and operations to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in water treatment or related technical field selling into commercial and industrial customers
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes, systems, and technologies used in commercial and industrial applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals in a competitive market
- Ability to travel within the designated sales territory as needed
