Job Summary
Commercial & Industrial Sales Representative responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow Culligan’s commercial and industrial water treatment solutions in CT, RI, and MA. Key duties include identifying and targeting potential customers, developing sales strategies and proposals, maintaining customer relationships, collaborating with engineering/marketing/service teams to ensure project success, analyzing market trends, and maintaining CRM records. Requires 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel within the territory. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Competitive base pay with uncapped bonus, company car, and gas card; travel within the region may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in water treatment or related technical field selling to commercial/industrial customers
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes, systems, and technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technical information clearly
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
- Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory
