Job Summary
CI Program Tracking Specialist focusing on designing, implementing and evaluating sales incentives across markets, collaborating with Commercial Operations, Trade Development, Sales Resources, and COE insights team to provide qualitative results for annual planning; responsible for incentive analysis, payout calculations, and strategic recommendations; develops dashboards and performance tracking tools to monitor program effectiveness and align with market-specific route-to-market requirements; serves as the primary expert for sales performance model questions and coordinates with supplier analytics resources to customize local incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience creating and developing analytical tools from scratch with little or no supervision
- 1 or more years of relevant analytical, and/or commercial work, consulting, project management experience is required
- Work experience in a data intensive position using Microsoft Excel
- Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
- Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed
- Critical nature of this job may require extended hours, overtime, and weekends
