Job Summary
Lead full week Kaizen events, coach facilitators through prework and sustainment, and execute improvement action plans with CI Champions. Develop and refine center lining, SMED, and heatmaps to drive facility-wide improvements while implementing Theory of Constraints analysis and RCA tools to eliminate waste. Manage concurrent projects, establish productivity roadmaps, and track cost savings initiatives against annual targets using SAP and P&L acumen. Build an engaged work environment by teaching CI tools to all employees and leveraging best practices across multiple plants. Requires extensive Lean Manufacturing experience, Six Sigma background, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 or more years' experience in the Continuous Improvement leadership
- 2 or more years' of leadership experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma background, either a Green Belt or higher
- Experience with center lining and SMED
- Problem-solving using 5 Why, Fishbone, Kaizen or A3's
- Experience leading projects
