Job Summary
Continuous Improvement Manager at Amcor Flexibles Prostejov site responsible for driving the CI agenda and transformation initiatives. Leads high-impact improvement projects focused on waste reduction, productivity, and cost optimization; embeds a culture of lean thinking and operational excellence. Acts as a change agent partnering with Plant Management, ensuring measurable performance improvements, standardization of processes, and regular project reviews. Collaborates with Production, Finance, and Supply Chain to transfer know-how, promote CI mindset, and support capability building within the site. Reports to the Plant General Manager and has 1 direct report; primarily local scope at the Prostějov site.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or Operational Excellence in manufacturing
- Experience leading transformation or improvement projects with measurable results
- Experience in stakeholder management across multiple functions
- Previous leadership or project leadership experience
- Leadership and people management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work both operationally and strategically
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
- Solution oriented with change management perspective
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
