Monitor production standards and lead internal kaizen activities by dedicating at least 50% of your time on the floor to drive visible change. Serve as the primary Kaizen contact for your areas, providing daily obstacle resolution and submitting lean reports to plant management. Implement Lean standards and best practices across the site, ensuring Group standards are fully applied during project validation phases. Facilitate daily and weekly kaizen events while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance to meet assigned goals. Develop plant personnel competencies in 5S, waste reduction, and direct labor effectiveness. Administer the Lean budget and ensure compliance with PKC Group's Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations. Work individually or in teams to conduct root cause analyses and build a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.
