Job Summary
Design and manage cloud-based data environments using ETL methods to extract, transform, and prepare datasets for organizational use. Configure and maintain jobs that optimize data processing performance while delivering creative solutions that delight clients. Leverage skills in Python, Pandas, PySpark, and data libraries to efficiently process new data, with bonus points for DevOps, CI/CD tooling, and containerization knowledge. Work full-time (36 or 40 hours) with a direct fixed-term contract, utilizing flexibility to collaborate remotely or on-site across four business units. Contribute to innovative IT projects throughout the Netherlands by designing scalable data architectures and continuously learning new techniques to solve complex data challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Self-starter ability (kunt zelfstandig uit de voeten)
- Strong customer focus (sterke klantfocus)
- Ability to independently design, build, and operate a data environment in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with the ETL method
- Ability to efficiently process new data into usable datasets
- Proficiency in Python and data libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, PySpark, and Matplotlib
