Job Summary
Lead the DevOps team of four by planning capacity, prioritizing daily tasks, and reporting on build status, migration progress, and supply-chain security. Operate and evolve the CI/CD infrastructure across Jenkins/Bitbucket and GitLab pipelines for 25 portfolio components while executing the live migration to GitLab. Manage artifacts in JFrog Artifactory and Harbor, automate delivery management, and ensure portfolio deployment. Transition from script-based to pure containerized delivery using Docker/OCI-Images and Helm-Charts with a structured rollout plan. Support CVE scanning processes and develop the SBOM generation workflow for the entire portfolio using tools like XRay and Trivy. Requires 5+ years of DevOps experience, GitLab CI/CD expertise, and strong German communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische DevOps-Erfahrung

- Erfahrung darin, CI/CD-Pipelines über mehrere Teams und Projekte hinweg zu standardisieren
- Erfahrung in der Teamkoordination oder informellen Teamleitung
- Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Entwicklerwerkzeugen wie Claude Code, GitHub Copilot oder Cursor
- Bereitschaft, KI-gestützte Entwicklerwerkzeuge im Team einzuführen und in CI/CD-Workflows zu verankern
- Strukturierte, klare Kommunikation auf Deutsch (C1), schriftlich und mündlich
