Job Summary
Prepare and cook special cuts of beef and other meats according to traditional Brazilian "churrasco" recipes, seasoning and grilling food to guests' specific requests. Portion, garnish, and present dishes in the style of a Brazilian "gaucho" while answering questions about the food and representing the culture. Maintain cleanliness of the grill area and complete beginning or closing shift duties. This role requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working at a quick pace on weekends and holidays.
