Job Summary
Prepare and cook special cuts of beef and other meats according to traditional Brazilian "churrasco" recipes. Season and grill food per prescribed methods and guest requests, then portion, garnish, and present dishes in the style of a Brazilian "gaucho." Answer guest questions about the cuisine and convey Brazilian "gaucho" culture and demeanor while maintaining grill area cleanliness. Complete beginning and closing shift duties. Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace. Weekend and holiday work required.
