Church's Chicken Assistant Manager

Assist the Restaurant General Manager by supervising day-to-day restaurant operations, team performance, and administrative duties; support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of team members; assist with scheduling and labor control; lead during high-volume periods; ensure high-quality food and exceptional guest service; maintain inventory records and assist with product ordering; ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws; maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment; assist in reviewing profit and loss statements and achieving sales and profitability goals; coach and motivate staff to improve performance and guest satisfaction; address guest concerns and resolve issues; promote a positive, respectful work environment; travel up to 10% for duties as needed; must be 18+ and able to stand for long periods, work in a cooler, lift up to 50 lbs, and tolerate cleaning products and gas fumes. On-the-job training provided; prior retail, food service, or customer service experience preferred. The position is Full-time and reports to the Restaurant General Manager.
