Job Summary
Church Consultant responsible for opening doors to churches and local congregations in the Netherlands, driving consultative conversations to understand daily church workflows and long-term vision, and guiding adoption of digital tools (ChurchDesk/Hagru). Owns the full sales process from first contact through to agreement and onboarding, creating value through clear communication with church councils, staff, and volunteers, and building long-term, trust-based relationships across the church landscape in the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Foundation in church life / solid experience in a church or church-related organisation
- Fluent in Dutch and good command of English
- Willingness to grow and learn
- Outgoing and purpose-driven
- Independent and driven
- Strong communication skills
