[Chubb Life] Supervisor, Accounting (Outsourced 6 months)

Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing payment vouchers submitted from nationwide Sales Support and Sales offices, ensuring compliance with company policies and current tax/invoice regulations. Perform accurate and timely accounting entries in Sun System for payments and receipts related to departmental requests, cash accounts, and month-end closing activities. Daily tasks include posting expenditure vouchers for departmental requests, recording receipts tied to accounts managed by the cashier accountant, and preparing monthly closing journals (for utilities, agency management income, commissions, partner bonuses, etc.) as assigned by the Finance/Chief Accountant. Conduct investigations into unusual account movements and request adjustments before monthly close. Ensure timely monthly reconciliations of accounts under responsibility and proper storage and approval of all supporting documents in accordance with regulations. Provide assistance to other accountants as required by the Chief Accountant/Head of Finance, and carry out additional duties as directed by the Chief Accountant/Head of Finance. The role is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
