Chubb Associate - Reinsurance Finance, Business Analyst

Entry-level Business Analyst within Chubb’s Reinsurance Services PMO, supporting multi-functional CRS groups (Contracts, Accounting, Claims). You’ll be part of the Chubb Associate Program (2-year full-time) with training, mentorship, and cohort-based assignments. Key responsibilities include serving as a liaison between business/data users and IT, handling reinsurance system bug tracking and enhancement documentation, performing data analytics and reconciliations, and delivering management reports using Excel and MS Access. You’ll provide general support to department projects and gain broad exposure to the insurance/reinsurance industry.
