Job Summary
Neonatologist sought to join a physician-led CHS Recruiting group in Tyler, TX, overseeing a 16-bed Level III NICU with a regional transport team and 24/7 in-house NNP support. The role operates in a collaborative 2-neonatologist model and involves delivery attendance, NICU day-to-day management, ventilator and nutrition management, lab review, and facilitating transports for appropriate gestational age. Schedule typically 7 on / 7 off, but flexible and collaboratively decided by the physicians.
Required Qualifications

- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility, Neonatology
Desired Qualifications
- Board certification in Neonatology
- Experience in Level III NICU management
- Experience in neonatal transport coordination
- Ability to work in a physician-led, collaborative team
