Job Summary
Evaluate and diagnose pain disorders, formulating treatment plans including interventions or medical management for patients with a multidisciplinary team. Determine appropriate candidates for multimodal treatment plans and supervise APPs while training medical students, residents, and fellows. Provide rotating weekend coverage and holiday coverage (one holiday annually). Conduct IP rounding in Oakland and manage OP clinic operations within the Falk Medical Building. This role offers .6 clinical efforts for FY27 with competitive compensation including salary, incentives, benefits, retirement, and malpractice insurance, plus $4,110 in CME funds annually.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE fellowship-trained interventional pain (IP) physician
- DEA
- ABA Certification in Pain Management
- ACLS/BLS
- Rotating weekend coverage
- Holiday coverage (one holiday a year)
