Job Summary
Lead HRMS implementation and optimization, utilizing analytics to inform decision-making and systematize push-to-pay, PMS, and personnel documentation. Coordinate with agencies for sourcing and hiring, while managing the employee life cycle from pre-joining engagement through grievance redressal. Develop engagement strategies, conduct regular R&R cycles, and resolve employee relations conflicts. Ensure statutory compliance, address remuneration awareness, and enable cross-functional townhalls. Requires a Master's degree, 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ in manufacturing leadership, and proficiency in HR analytics and labor laws.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in HRMS and HR analytics (preferably Zing)
