Job Summary
Coordinate the planning and execution of Christmas programs, including Toy Shop, Adopt a Family, and Food Assistance initiatives across Greater Cincinnati Social Ministries. Manage logistics for seasonal events while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ensure all activities align with The Salvation Army's mission to meet human needs without discrimination. Requires a valid Ohio Driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This temporary, full-time role reports to the Director of Operations and involves direct team support during the holiday season.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details
- Good communication skills and team management
- Willingness to uphold and support The Salvation Army's mission and ministry
- Reliable and able to work well with a team
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
