Job Summary
Proactively engage customers on the shop floor to educate them on home appliances and consumer electronics while delivering in-store service, answering phone calls, and fulfilling online orders. Maintain high merchandising standards across the store and work as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires availability during the peak period from September 2026 to February 2027, with potential shifts across multiple stores in the Brighton, Chadtstone, Moorabbin, and Springvale areas.
