Job Summary
Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service while helping clients find the perfect jewellery or watch. Maintain beautiful product displays, replenish stock, and ensure the store meets the highest standard during the festive season. Build retail skills and product knowledge through on-the-job training and eLearning while working alongside an experienced team. This fixed-term role runs through to 17th January 2027 with flexible shifts including weekends, late nights, and public holidays. Adults 21 and older earn a base weekday hourly rate of $34.89 plus applicable penalty rates. No prior jewellery experience is required; full training and support are provided. Many Christmas team members transition into ongoing casual, part-time, or full-time positions within Australia's largest jewellery retailer.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years and older
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, late nights, public holidays, Boxing Day and throughout the Christmas and New Year trading period
- Ability to complete a National Police Criminal History Check for the State or Territory in which they reside prior to receiving an offer of employment
